STANDARD CASTORS

• Twin - wheel hooded castors.
• Free rolling
• 11mm pintle
• Standard furniture castor
• Suited for carpet surfaces in offices, homes, some areas of hospitals, concrete floor surfaces, factories and production lines.

SOFT CASTORS

• Free-rolling when weight applied
• Provides some resistance when weight lifted
• Does not scratch or track floors
• Suited for:
                 - Tiled. vinyl floor surfaces eg: dental
                 - surgeries, hospital (safety issue)
                 - Timber floor surfaces in homes and offices

Friction/Braking Castors

• Free-rolling when weight applied
• Locking when weight is removed
• Suited for:
                - Hospitals
                - Medical Clinics
                - Research and development
                - Nursing homes

Reverse Friction Castors

• Free-rolling when weight is removed
• Locking when weight is applied
• Suited for:

Locking Castors

• Lock activated when lever on front hood is lifted
• can be operated by foot
• 11mm pintle
• suited for:

Pull-Apart Castors

• Twin-wheel hooded castors

• can be dismantled for cleaning
• suited for:
                - Vinyl, concrete and carpet floors
                - Hairdressers, factories

Glides

• Bell shaped castor with flat bottom
• Ideal for seat to remain stable/still
• seat can be moved by tilting the seat as the castors rotate from the rim
